Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Before Installation: 100% refund if the service is canceled before installation.
- Unsubscription After 30 Days: No refund if the service is unsubscribed after 30 days.
- Service Provision Delay by Provider: No charges if the service provider fails to deliver within the agreed period (standard delivery period is within 1 to 7 days from payment clearance).
- Service Provision Delay by Subscriber: All one-time charges (installation, activation, transaction fees) will be forfeited if the subscriber delays service provision.
- Post-Service Provisioning: All one-time and recurring charges are payable as applicable.
- Refund Processing: Any applicable refund will be paid within 15 working days from account termination. Account termination requires receipt of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) in working condition and settlement of all outstanding balances within 3 working days, followed by communication to the customer.
